Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Genesis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kawasaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kawasaki product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Genesis such as the KBE221014 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1FS72 manufactured by Kawasaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawasaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 509752691 by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Yaskawa Brand RIU2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kammann such as 498840104002 equipment made by Kammann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kammann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kammann" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DC501CS31 made by Abb as well as the popular P79P00224 original spares produced by Fanuc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the kaf1001ERS by Photometrics and 498840104002 spares by Kammann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
